Which states are excluded?
Why availability differs and how to check yours.
Sweepstakes casinos operate under promotional sweepstakes law, not a state gambling licence, so availability varies and changes.
Washington, Michigan, Idaho and Nevada appear on almost every exclusion list. Several operators withdrew from further states during 2025 and 2026.
Key points
- Always check the operator's own terms for your state
- Lists on this site are a guide, not legal advice
- Using a location you do not live in can void prizes
